Tobias, I agree with Rik, the standard rubber pads should be all that is needed. I especially agree with his recommendation to tighten every bolt you can find. The pads will "settle", and the motor has a tendency to shake everything loose anyway. After everything started falling off a recently aquired TR-3, I discovered that the previous owner had eliminated the motor mounts, bolting the engine directly to the frame.
