Yes, the bolt pattern is the same, offsets similar enough that the Z car
wheels will work.  I sold a set of 15 x 7 alloys from my '67 4A to a
friend for his 240Z a while back.  One problem that may crop up is that
if you use the 14" Datsun wheels, there may be interference between the
rim and the front suspension control arms.  So if you plan on using the
Datsun wheels, check the fit pretty carefully.
