Greetings
It having been explained to me (in private) what exactly is an lbc, I feel
confident enough to enter into the fray with a question of my own. This is
not a pretext however; but the subject of a serious dilemma.
It could have been solved by more careful attention when disassembling, but
having taken out the diff on my 76 TR6 for oil seal replacement, I am now
questionning how the rear rubber mounts are properly placed.
All the exploded views in the manuals I have show the rubber mount, flat
side up, mounted OVER TOP of the fingers on the diff back cover. This does
not seem logical but then again, since when does that matter!
Can anyone confirm the correct arrangement before I (inevitably) chose the
wrong one.
Thanks
Phil
