1 I don=E2=80=99t have any of those plastic sleeves =
on my doors =E2=80=93 may be I need them so the clips hold better
Anyone with the plastic sleeves =E2=80=93 please measure the diameter of =
the holes they use in the door.
There could be a style difference here we need to understand.
=20
2 the rivet could be the same as on the Series I & =
II
Body fittings =E2=80=93 listed under part B70 =E2=80=93 H.116241 Rivet =
=E2=80=93 superseded by 2212324
=20
I do not have any of these parts or I would send a picture.
Someone must have an untouched Alpine or Tiger out there to take a =
picture.

Subject: [Tigers] Several items: door clips and door check rivet
=20
Hello,
=20
1) In the Sunbeam Specialties catalog, page 20, there is a plastic =
sleeve numbered DP57S that is supposed to be used in conjunction =
with the door panel holding clips. They neither seem to fit over the =
holding clip nor do they seat in the receiving hole. No help from =
SS on this one.
=20
2) There is a rivet or bolt that holds the door-strap to the frame as a =
stop. This is not called out in the big Alpine parts =
list.nor does Rick carry them. What is this supposed to be. Some Brit =
sells a rivet kit with washers and cotter pins on e-bay =
but is it correct? What is the correct part and what is its length and =
diameter?
=20
Best regards to all,
=20
