You can=E2=80=99t anywhere near 331 with boring alone. A .060 over block =
would be around 310 cu in. 60 over is ok but may be pushing it by some =
measures and could make it run hotter than a stock engine. But I =
wouldn=E2=80=99t worry about that too much if you have been driving it =
and the only issue is slow speed on hot days. The cooling system =
probably needs some TLC. De-scale the water jacket and flush the block =
out thoroughly. Where I live, refurbishing a stock radiator costs about =
as much as a direct replacement aluminum. There is a ton of stuff =
written about radiators on the forums. Blocking off the horn holes in =
the front bulkhead helps in stop and go traffic too. Aluminum heads do =
dissipate heat more quickly. And last but not least, you could install a =
pusher fan in front of the radiator. jmo
