I read that and followed many of the recommendations. Very good article. I
don't remember the article covering electric/only fans and that's why I
brought up the subject.
I think we all get concerned when we see the gauge get over 200. For
discussion's sake I refer to a recent article on motorcycle cooling by an
expert. He says you want to be sure to get the oll temp to over 212 so that
any
moisture will vaporize. I'll admit, I've never heard that theory before
although I know many of the newer cars run much hotter than the 60's vehicles.
