Halfway down the page there's a section titled 'Tigers Subscribers' where you
can enter your email address and the password that the list manager mails to
you every month. Then click 'visit subscriber list'.
Mark has had some server issues that affected a number of mailing lists. The
list membership may have recently been restored from an older copy - some
email addresses shown in the list are no longer used by the list members, and
the mailman list manager seems to have a configuration error where it rejects
some subscription requests.
Hopefully the situation can be restored fully in the near future.
