[Tigers] 260 versus 302 Starter

I'm just wrapping up a change over to a 302.
Can I use the 260 starter?
 
I recall someone mentioning a smaller, stronger starter.
Where would I find information, purchase and how much?
Any drawbacks to the new starter?
