[Tigers] Ford valve cover tag

Hello
 
Rick has that small decal/tag. I asked him about it when I had my engine  
rebuilt a few years ago.
 
Rick said " yes I've got them, but when the engine gets hot, they shrivel  
up"
 
I said "let me try"
 
I did, and it shriveled up.........
 
Another source should be persued.
