Looking at the photos, someone boxed in the area behind the front wheel wells
where normally resides sheet metal with stiffening ribs and punched holes. 
Even though it passed through TAC it must have had extensive rust before it
was "restored".  Some have mentioned trunk floor replaced, frame x-member
rebuilt etc.  I wonder how much of the original car is still there?
