That car even has the original "VIN screws" only seen on the FIA cars!!!
I think the FIA papers might be for modified historic rally.. not for the
correct cars. Id say "proper" histric events would not let this car run.. or
perhaps they are reffering to saftey approved papers or something.
There is a real FIA spec racer for sale at the moment for 35K GBP been
online for a while.. is a very nice car.
