[Tigers] FAI Homologation Documents

I have copies of all three ('64, '65 and '66) and have offered to make copies
for Steve Laifmans Tigers United site. The pictures of options are pretty
rough (deliberately) so that scrutineers could not be too picky.

I will bring them to SUNI; if people are interested look me up.
