[Tigers] Heater controls face plate

I've refinished my walnut dash and it looks great.  But the black plate with
COLD - WARM - HOT / OFF - CAR - SCREEN looks pretty shabby.  Does anybody make
a replica?  If not, where can I buy little white letters to duplicate the
labels?  Thanks.
