Dave,
They were optional equipment and options in the states were not well
publicized. When I bought my new Tiger in 1967 (a 947 car) I did not know
options were even available and the dealer never told me of any. I bought
the car in Seattle while I was stationed on Whidbey Island in the Navy.

Subject: Re: [Tigers] Sunvisors Missing in Action
This may be a naive question, but at least I am consistent!
Why is it that fewTigers are seen with sun visors mounted? Not part of the
car as supplied new? In the way of the soft top?
Block the view?
My car does not have them, and it has been a problem occasionally driving
into the sun. So I was contemplating a new set from Sunbeam Specialties.
Any good reason for their relative scarcity?
Dave
