[Tigers] Engine build dates

"The build date on your Tag is 5 - K, Oct 1965 and 66 for the model year, my
Tag Date is Jan 1965, model year 65."


Shouldn't that build date match the build date stamped on engine block located
near the water pump?    According to the BON my car's build date is 10/64 and
the stamped engine assemble date is 5A18F which translates to January 1965.
So someone swapped the engine out and replaced it.
