[Tigers] overheated solenoid

Does anybody have any suggested solutions for a starter solenoid (original
Ford type mounted on firewall) that failed to engage after an extended drive
through 100 degree weather? Just produced some weak clicking sounds, like a
dead battery. Works fine once cooled off. Is there an extra heavy duty item
available?
