Owain- There is a Tiger restoration person in the UK. I would HOPE he would 
help you find the best places to have work done and at the cheapest rates- Im 
sure they see a Yank coming and take advantage of it if they can. Not eveyryone 
BUT many- joing the UK Tiger club as well- the members should be willing to 
help as well when it comes to where to spend you money. regards, TonytheTiger
