Just looked at the other photos on the other website and see the VIN is  
actually 382*******
 
The console top is kind of funky as well. Valve covers? One shot of the  
front bumper doesn't look as bad as the others. Maybe the car was hit and the  
repair was not up to snuff, leading to the misalignment of the bumper.
 
In another shot the steering wheel looks like a happy face, being about 180  
degrees from normal, but the front wheels are hardly turned at all. For that  
kind of moolah I want an aligned steering wheel.
 
How about a TAC number?
