B382000113 has covers (red ones! Paint code 39, did they match them?).
I have only owned the car for 6 years and do know it needed much
restoration prior to my purchase. I will call PO and ask if he recalls
whether the covers were there on his acquisition or not. Resto was over
20 years ago, may be no information available.
