[Tigers] Speedo Cable

Hello All:

Can someone tell me where the speedo cable comes through the firewall?  I 
am in the process of
replacing my speedometer with a rebuilt and noticed that the cable follows 
a route that does not
strike me as kosher.  Thanks,
