Rob, The postscript that the team.net mailing program adds to anyone's posting (the lines starting with three = signs) are used by the same mailing program, to delete postings where the person replying to another post forgets to edit the original text. The reason for doing this is to force people to keep the length of their postings down. It also keeps autoreply clients from starting an infinite loop of "So and so is away until Tuesday..." postings. Best regards, Theo |
