Mark - The Tiger Manual adjustment instructions say to tighten to 15-20 lb-ft while rotating the wheel and then back off one to one and one-half flats. The end float spec is 0.002-0.007". Instead of measuring end float, I just grab the top and bottom of the wheel and see if I can feel any play. If there is, I tighten it another half flat. I think that the initial tightening is important to ensure that the bearing is fully seated. Bob |
