Bob: Removing the undercoating is a bit painful. Blasting usually will not work as the undercoating is soft and simply 'absorbs' the blast media. Chemical stripping is possible but 'ugly'. I found the best method to be a propane torch and putty knife. Simply heat the undercoat and scrape it off. Comes off easily but make sure you put a tarp under the car or you will be left with a mess.. Wayne |
