Traction Bars

Hi all. Happy New Year in advance!

I am starting with little to no knowledge of traction bars.  Recommended if I
dont have them on my Tigers?  Where to get them? Ease of installation? Are
these on the ol' 'bay worth anything (ie, real deal, quality, or easily found
elsewhere? (didnt see them on CS or SS sites)).
