Horn update

I still haven't got my horn working in the car (it bench tests fine), but I
decided to put the car back together while I wait for my mechanic to come
by.  As I was about to reconnect the wires, one of them touched the frame
and shorted out.  And of course the Clear Hooter hooted clearly!
Apparently, all I have to do is figure out how to create a short on cue and
my problem will be solved.
