Bill Meisner of Meisner Alignment in Glen Ellyn, IL
still uses the strobe lights as well as other types
of on the car balancers.  Its the only way I have
found to balance my LAT-9's.  You have to mark the
wheel in some way to make sure it goes back on
the same wheel stud, if you remove them.
