Hey,
     Dumb question (answers offlist, please).  Having sold one of my cars, a 
few years of parts collecting are percolating to the surface of the garage, 
some of which go off to eBay.
     Seems I have two F4B's.  One pretty normal, the other hyper=polished and:
         
              Looking from the front, two holes are tapped in the stock one 
just behind the thermostat area.  The polished one has the left one of these 
welded closed and polished.  What are these two holes for?  Would I miss the 
one a lot??  Thanks!
