While not completely the same thing, the Bloomington Gold organization, an  
organization that recognizes the finest Corvettes in this  country, trademarked 
the word "Survivor" and received approval for it. Now  absolutely no one can 
use the term "Survivor" without getting a letter from  their attorney.
 
This will raise the cost of every Sunbeam part worldwide and Norman  Miller's 
registry would be in trouble as well.
