Just to keep up with current costs of Tiger "stuff", I "watched" some
interesting offerings on "My eBay".
For those interested in outcomes, here are some reported selling price
results:
1. New Sunbeam Tiger Carpet Kit (black) - $122.58
2. Sunbeam Tiger Reference Library CD (with the Workshop Manual that
is free on TigersUnited.com) - $32.59
3. Girling 7" non-rebuilt brake booster (Alpine origin - not Mk II)
- $75.99
4. Sunbeam Tiger clutch bracket (Mk II welded 6 bolt) - $50.00
(these are rumored to be very not sturdy/straight originally.)
5. 1965 Tiger Mk I "Original Survivor Car" B9471992 - $38,800 in with
good looking pictures.
6. 1966 Sunbeam Tiger 289 - Hard top - "Original" barn storage, needs
lots of work, not "289" seller retraction. Registration paper
available, DMV title lost - problem? - $6,600!
Just a time cross section of this varied market. Save those Buffalo
Head Nickels - you too could have a $300,000 one that just went at
auction (6 made and accounted for)
