Funny how the law works or does not work.
Here's another good one; of all the vintage pictures I have of the
GT 40 none of them have GT 40 logo on them, FORD and FORD GT, but no FORD GT
40. The one picture I have of a FORD GT 40 with GT 40 on it is in the
Shelby registry and that car is probably a restoration, so the GT 40 may not
be totally original or accurate.
A rose by any other name still smells sweet; just as the FORD GT is and will
always be eye candy, breathe taking and music to the ear.

Ford Racing sells "GT40 aluminum heads" in their 2005 catalog.
Also in their 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 catalogs.
They need to hire better lawyers.
