Edelbrock F4B Manifold

hey fellas,
 
i was wondering that if a Edelbrock  F4B "Hi- Rise" will fit under the hood. 
(Non-scoop) Will it fit with a  Scoop? Also, on my 2bl intake, there is a 
spacer between the carb, but it  also looks like water runs threw it. To make 
the 
F4B fit, do i need a spacer  that has the water run threw it? And can i just 
re route those hoses to  make it bypass with out a spacer.
