Any shop that does brake hard lines can do the fuel line.

You could make your own fuel line. You can buy 5/16" steel line
from any Auto Parts store. You will also need 2 new compression fittings
for the ends. I think you need 6 ft of tubing; not sure if stores carry
that length so you will need to ask or if they carry or can order bulk
lengths of tubing. You would also need a tubing cutter and a tubing bender
to make your own fuel line. You just follow the original lines of the fuel
line you took out, bend at the same lengths and in the same direction. It
is relatively easy, you just need to take your time. This will also give
you some good practice in case you need to replace any of the brake lines in
the future and it's a good skill to have in your pocket for any car you own
or work on.
