Wow, that's incredible.  It's sort of an " aero autocross".  Even if
they are inflatable, I don't think you want to hit those cones.

What's even more incredible is that they got permission to do it right
in the middle of a city.  Imagine trying to do it in the US. LA or NY.
SF under the Golden gate...  You would grow old waiting to get all of
the permits required, assuming they didn't throw you in jail for even
thinking it.
