That's part of the problem, for sure. However, that effect goes away as 
you compress the suspension, and after the pivots (the fulcrum pin and 
the ball joint) are horizontal with each other, the effect goes the 
other way - you actually do start to get anti-dive at that point, from 
the lower control arm motion alone. I don't offhand remember how much 
useful travel there is after the pivots go horizontal though.
