I got the Sunbeam Specialities headers, and it was a tight fit! Had to do
some dimpling as well. The larger header might be better, but surely a
challenge to install. Any comments from the list?
I used an exhaust system was from Tiger Technologies. Generally a good
system (Super Turbo Muffler) but I had A LOT of trouble getting it to mate
to the headers. There is no rocket science with an exhaust system. If I
had to do it again, I would have the exhaust system done by a good muffler
shop (you can show them a picture of what the stock system looks like).
Another option would be to install the Tiger Tech exhaust system, and have
the shop make the custom piece to fit the header. Downside is that the car
has to be towed to the muffler shop after the headers are installed.

Sunbeam Specialties offers a set of headers for $255 and CAT offers a set of
headers for $325. I was told the primaries on the CAT headers are larger and
require some dimpling to fit, whereas the set of headers offered by Sunbeam
Specialties fit w/o problem.
Does anyone have any thoughts and also what people have chose for mufflers?
