Derale Fan

Has anyone instaleld the Derale #17015 (SS flex) 15"
cooling fan that is referenced in Tiger Toms cooling
tip at TEAE.org?  I purchased one and am trying to fit
it.  It looks like I need to tilt the front of the
engine up a bit, as described in the tip, but it also
looks like I need to get a different upper radiator
hose.  If any of you have done this before and can
give me part number for the different hose that would
be great!
