SB 2683 was Re: Calif smog law

Hmmm....  SB 2683 changes the 30 year rolling exemption to a exemption for
all vehicles manufactured prior to 1976.  Being that I will probably never
own a vehicle manufactured between 1976 and 1985 and considering that by the
time the rolling exemption would have reached the 1985 there will be so many
cool 2005 models available cheap, I'm not sure if I care about this.  

On the other hand if you give them An inch...
