Listers I'm replacing the axle shaft seals and bearings, and found that the inner seal (Timken 40769-S) has a lip to lip diameter of 1 3/8" while the shaft diameter is 1 5/16". Should there be a gap of 1/16" to allow oil to the bearing or have I got the wrong seal? Jostein in Norway B9473080 |
