So what if it wasn't a joke? What would a BMW Tiger be like? It would handle well without suspension mods. It would not leak in the rain. It would have more than adequate cooling capacity. It would have A/C. It would have power steering. It would have antilock brakes with integrated traction control. It would have an automatic transmission as standard. It would have a blastosonic CD/XM sound system. It would be quiet enough at highway speed that you could hear the above radio. It would have electrics that are reliable enough to make all of the above work. So, gentlemen, where is all the fun in any of that? Half, if not more of the fun of owning our Tigers is meeting the challenge of all their problems. Any other thoughts? Stu |
