The car was pulled from ebay and when the owner got an offer for 40K which
clearly he accepted. I wonder who the new owner is?

$40,000 is a lot of green for a Tiger, but if any stock production Tiger
is worth it the Utah car, assuming you can prove its provenance, might be.
To verify the car, I'd invite Mr Hall, Rick, or Norm to a weekend flight
to Salt Lake at my expense to help me check it out, if I were
contemplating buying the car.
The pictures on Ebay are enough to warrant a closer inspection to see if
it's a hoax, or conversely, even better in person than the photos show.
