Bob
The Ford Part # I have for "6100215" is C3TZ-6A666-A, "6100667" 90 deg. brass
fitting is 378754
"6100668" rubber grommet is 378766-S.

My Small Block V8 book by Bob Mannel lists 4 PCV valves for '64.
Early type; C3TE-6A666-B, C4AE-6A666-A
Later type; C4ZE-6A666-A1, C4ZE-6A666-A2
The Ford part # is stamped on the original parts.

The early type was prone to clogging, it was redesigned into the later type.
I can only think that Rootes changed their number for the MKII due to this
part change or there was a part change to the 1965 PCV part
#C5AE-6A666-A,.C5AE-6A666-B,or
C5AE-6A666-C

The Ford service replacement part # for all of the above is C7AE-6A666-B.

Hope this helps some.
