Hi Group. The following is from a fellow, an local to me, Tiger owner of
a MKII finishing up his ground up resto. He has done a show winning job
and wants to get it finished, well maybe closer, and I don't think we
are ever finished.
Can you help Wayne? Go to him directly.
Thanks
Larry

Hi Larry:
I sent this earlier today and have not seen it come out on the tigers stuff.
I have seen a few messages from folks including yourself that I think were
sent after I posted this.
I would be grateful if you would forward this note to the tigers group and
tell me how you did it.
Thanks,
Wayne

Subject: In search of Missing Hardtop Part
Hi All:
I am reassembling my Series V hardtop after having it chemically stripped of
rust and paint. Apparently, during the strip process the metal bow-shaped
weather strip retainer on the front of the hardtop was lost in the tank.
Without this part I am unable to attach the rubber weather strip that fits
between the hardtop and the windshield.
I would be grateful to hear from anyone who may have this part from either a
derelict hardtop or from a derelict soft top front bow - they use the same
retaining strip.
I am located in Maryland.
Thanks,
Wayne
