A good start is to read the "buyers guide" on Mark Olson's web page:
http://www.classictiger.com/buyersadvice.html
And for cars for sale in and around the New York area, take a look at
www.teae.org (TigersEast/AlpinesEast), They don't have any cars for sale on
their web site, but your buddy should join up - there's usually a few good
looking Tigers advertised in the monthly newsletter, and lots of good
information every month. The NJ rep for TEAE is Bob Wegner,
keeponbeamNOSPAM@aol.com (remove NOSPAM) - he could probably arrange
somebody to look at any car in your area (highly recommended).
If you want to know about TAC, contact me off list ;-)....

Subject: Looking for a Tiger
Hi all,
While new to the Tiger list, I am a regular contributor on the Spridgets
list and a lurker on the MGS list.
