Mark Meswarb is correct. It's not cheap to build an Alger, and they are are as much fun as a genuine Tiger. The Alpine, too, is no slouch. As Mark suggested, the Shelby club has separate class for Cobra replicars. I recall a discussion on the West Coast about creating an additional class for Algers, and I would applaud that idea. The discussion about using LAT options and their adverse effect on the provenance of the Tiger is a non issue for TAC inspectors, it's more a subject for a concurs. RB |
