Bumper mountings

Hi,

I'm missing the spacers or "distance piece(s)"  that go between the rear
bumper brackets or "back bar(s)" and frame.  Does anybody have a set of
these available or can anyone give me a description of these pieces
(especially length, I can probably guess the rest) so I can make a set?

I take it that there are no spacers required between the front brackets
and frame, correct?

Also, anybody have a recommendation for a shop that does bumper
straightening?
