Found some rivets

Hello all,

When I first purchased my Tiger last year, it came with an old cardboard 
box full of "bits" in the trunk.  Whilst rummaging through the box o' bits 
recently, I found these little Rootes bags hiding under the flaps inside 
the box:

Could these be the infamous chassis plate rivets?
