DOOR WEEPS

Are there supposed to be weep holes in the bottom of a Tigers doors?  Mine has
some minor rust below the level of the two oval holes in the door bottom and I
can't see a way any water to weep that may pool below the oval holes.   My
inclination is to add a hole at the lowest point. Am I missing something?
