Timing chain cover

I am needing to replace the timing chain cover on my 260, I just wanted to
double check to see if the aluminum replacement that fit's the 289/302/351
Windsor for standard rotation pump will work on the 260.  Also if anyone has
a good source for one (I have found one at racerwalsh.com for $70.
