Come to NH and and register your vehicle. My Tiger arrived last Sept with
no plates or inspection sticker. I had to get a form from my town office and
have a local police officer come to the house and vertify that it's VIN(
serial?) and fill out the state form and sign his name. By the way since the
officer had been a former student of mine he barely glanced at the attached
plate which as far as he is concerned could have been taped on the car. And
in fact I read it off for him. He was more interested in listening to V8 and
sitting behind the wheel. Next to the local town office with the form and a
Bill of Sale and a check for $8 to the town and $25 to the state and walk
out with a set of plates. Inspection by my local garage and I'm on the road.
Because of the age of the vehicle no Title is needed. I do have one but
didn't need it.

PS The title is out of Ill. and list the Tiger as a having 2 seat and an
automatic...Hmm
