Speed-o-meter

I need to get my speedometer rebuilt.  I saw the great article on the Tigers 
United site and thought I would tackle this myself.  But, the speedometer is 
still sitting on the bench for over a month and its becoming obvious that's 
not going to happen.  I've heard you guys talk about MoMa, but does anyone 
know of a good rebuilder in Texas?
